I have been grooming for almost 20 years...as a pet stylist, as a show groomer and as a successful competitive groomer. I LOVE the canine form and the beauty good groomers can create with a few good tools.I heard about this book and preordered it. I had really high hopes that I would see beautiful photography of beautiful dogs. I unfortunately got neither...the artistry of grooming did not feel elevated. I'm glad I supported my fellow groomers but really, really, REALLY wanted something more.

Not a very good book. Photography is very bad. Paul Nathan demonstrate that he is a mediocre photographer with no talent.

Bravo Nathan! This fine photography book also shows off the more creative canines, dyed as Pluto and other Disney Characters for fun and whimsical doggie look! With the foreword by the acclaimed Celebrity Dog Groomer Jorge Bendersky, this book is just divine. I highly recommend it!

Fun book that was purchased for a friend who loves showing dogs
The name Groomed is something of a misnomer for this book. Not altogether a terrible book but there were only a FEW pages toward the end that had examples of extreme dog grooming. The rest were regular dog portraits. Good pictures but I wanted more pictures of extreme dog grooming and thought that's what I was getting with this book.
